‘Computers Inc’, come highly recommended for a good reason… They are friendly, super efficient, and provide a very quick, reasonably priced, reliable service.
They took the stress out of me being an ‘IT Philistine!’ & were incredibly helpful & reassuring in assessing damage to my laptop and recommending the right computer to buy, enabling me to keep costs down & not get ripped off… & when I replaced my laptop, uploaded all of my data successfully & quickly…
You are in safe hands with ‘Computers Inc’ -They are comparatively cheaper than most IT repairers , trustworthy and above all, a pleasure to deal with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Having tried to live with a virus ridden laptop for a number of months I eventually gave up and decided to get it repaired, being wary of dodgy laptop repair centres specifically given the potential for ID theft I was glad to find a friendly and welcoming service at Computers Inc. From my initial telephone enquiry through to various email correspondence to a certain the problem and potential costs the team were helpful and swift to respond, all without to much techno jargon.
My laptop was back with me within 24 hours, fully functioning and protected with an excellent anti virus system. Best of all a year later it is still working!

Computers Inc provide great service. The staff is very helpful and friendly.
I also highly recommend Computers Inc Laptop & PC Drop-In-Centre.
Free diagnosis, very fast, good prices and great service!
Thanks!!

Computers Inc solved viral issues happening with our laptops and PC’s quickly and installed anti virus software that has prevented the same problem happening again.

“As is always the case with these things, computer breaks, you put off getting it repaired for fear of the cost and the inconvenience. When you do find someone to who is able to fix it for you, it is a battle to find time to be able to drop your laptop off as they are only open 9.30 – 5.30 Mon – Friday… if you’re lucky!
Not so with Axel and his team. I stumbled across their details on their advertisement on the kiosk outside Wandsworth Town station. I emailed Axel and had a response the same day with a range of solutions to the fault with my laptop. The fact that they open early and stay open late made it possible for me to go in and discuss the problem with them and have my computer fixed within days. As for the cost, well that was the really good news. I was offered a range of options by Mark to replace my CD drive and opted for a reconditioned unit which was a fraction of the price of a new one. Service was friendly and quite honestly without fault.
If you value your sanity and want to avoid being arrested whilst trying to get a laptop fixed – don’t go to PC World or Currys. If you want fast, efficient and honest service I can’t emphasis enough that you should go to Axel and his team.”
Thanks.

‘I have used Computers Inc both for my company work and for my own laptop and home systems. I have been very impressed with the level of attention and personal service that Computers Inc have provided me with while keeping me up to date with progress on the work that I tasked them to do. All of their work was done in a timely and professional manner and they demonstrated the proper handling of my personal data. I will be using more of their services in the future and I would be happy to recommend them to others.”

Very good swift service. Fixed my computer when everyone else was telling me to buy a new one. Thank you.

Having discovered Axel I will never go anywhere else – honest, reliable and brilliant! On top of that, you can have a fantastic coffee at one of the local eateries while they work out the problem with your laptop!!!
Nice people and very PC!!
One word of warning though, dont take your wife (or anyone else’s) with you or they will buy a handbag in the fab shop upstairs!!

PS – my laptop is still working well!

I have found the team at Computers Inc, to be first class!
Over the past 18 months they have handled some complex issues I have had with my laptop in the most professional, timely and successful manner. I have no hesitation in recommending them to other individual or corporate clients – indeed I have already done so on a number of occasions. I also believe their pricing to be competitive and fair and their after sales service has also been excellent.
Wishing you success for the future.

“I used Computers Inc after my laptop completely crashed. As I work for myself my computer is business critical and it was very important to get it back to full working order as quickly as possible. I decided to use Aires Technologies rather than a large chain like PC World because they offered a quick service with reasonable rates. The reason I will return to them is because of the service. I am not at all IT literate and certainly have no more than a basic understanding of IT terminology. The guys at Computers Inc took the time to understand how I use my computer so not only did they fix it but they were able to advise on practical solutions – so not to upgrade my memory for example. They could very easily have up-sold to me as I am so naive but they are totally genuine and focused on what you need as a user. Through the whole process of rebuilding my laptop they kept me informed of progress and I was totally confident they did all they could to get me up and running as quickly as possible.
They are clearly very good at what they do and from my experience I can whole heartedly recommend them especially as they spoke to me in a language I could understand! I will never return to a large impersonal chain again, the level of service is just not comparable.”
Hope that helps!

Just writing to say how pleased I have been over the last ten months with the service that Computers Inc has offered over the troubled times with the families array of 3 laptops. It has been appreciated that each time I have come in that you have been able to brief me immediately what the problem(s) may be and how they can be resolved, not long winded techie talk but in understandable layman’s terms. The follow up advice on the problem has always been quick together with the quote for the repair. I have always been pleased with the repair, which has ranged from replacement of the hard drive ( managing to back up all the data, and not having to pay the £400 that PCworld asks as a minimum) , to a replacement power jack. Also thanks for all the other advice for my laptop.

I had some major problems with my laptop & was tearing my hair out.
I decided to give the Computers Inc a try & after a very reassuring phone call I popped in and was assured that my situation wasn’t as dire as I suspected.
By the next morning I had a full report along with a quote to fix the laptop. This work was completed within a day & I was kept fully up to speed with proceedings at every stage.
In short, a great job done at a sensible price & in a professional but non technical manner. I have recommended the guys to several of my friends who have similar problems and will use them again myself should I have any other issues.

I have been very satisfied with the repair and maintenance work undertaken on my PC. I brought it in late 2008 for a technical repair involving the power lead and was extremely happy by the rapidity and efficiency of the job. I also expected to pay a lot more for what was done and was happily surprised when the bill came in for a lesser amount.

“How much do I hate PC World? Maybe it is not for normal people. The equipment packages displayed are misleading and they claim to have stock and advertise equipment they do not have. When I can find an assistant who is not talking to another assistant, they manage to make me feel stupid and that I am in the wrong. Computers Inc have always sorted out my computer problems promptly and as inexpensively as they can and advise if hardware is not repairable. This very computer on which I type was upgraded to make it useable and as fast as anything in south west London. Computers Inc always give me a smile and advice. I am only a simple woman and I am grateful for the personal service.”

“I received a wonderful service from your company in relation to a viral problem on my home computer. Your staff visited and took the time and dedication to establish the problem as quickly and effectively as possible. When the computer as returned having been cleaned and fitted with new anti virus software the personal home visit to ensure the system was running correctly was greatly appreciated. The price was very competitive for the level of service and I would have no hesitation in using your company in preference to other larger companies such as PC World. Regards”
